We’re now at the business end of the second edition of the Bynder x OnBrand magazine Video Awards, an initiative celebrating the best branded video content of 2017 and 2018.

The selection process has closed, and our judging panel is busy choosing a winner from our highly impressive, and quite eclectic, shortlist of 20. The prize includes tickets to Europe’s leading branding conference, #OnBrand18 in Amsterdam, and a juicy €2000 for travel and accommodation.

We’re putting the spotlight on video marketing because it’s the star of the show, with no signs of burning out. A staggering 81% of brands are using the medium as a marketing tool—up from 63%, as reported in HubSpot’s 2017 survey—and consumers love it too; viewing an average of 1.5 hours per day, with 85% wanting more video content from brands. Not their favorite YouTube star or influencer, but brands!
