Emily Hinks

Founder of the Facilitation Agency 'Mischief Makers', Emily Hinks is a frontrunner within Creative Education. Notorious for her playful contagious energy, Emily has had a trailblazing career working with some of the greats. She launched Hyper Island in Amsterdam, became the Head of Culture and Creativity at Startupbootcamp and has since hopped the globe working with clients such as adidas, Greenpeace and Spotify.

Her work ranges from introducing Creative Confidence to McKinsey's Executive Leadership programmes to creating Mentorship Programs for Soho House; empowering young talent from diverse backgrounds to break into the Creative Industry. She's fiercely passionate about opening up the creative industry, making it accessible for people from all backgrounds, and often speaks on topics around Multipotential Talent and Shapeshifting Careers.
