Jessica Jacobs

With over a decade of experience working as a software developer, Jessica joined Incubeta in 2013 as a Business Unit Director - migrating her experience and knowledge into robust marketing solutions for both the business and their clients. In 2019 she moved into a new position as EU Director of Strategy, creating and directing innovative and thoughtful strategic solutions to complex brand and communication challenges, both internally and externally. Across the course of 2020, Jessica focused on restructuring Incubeta business across Europe, optimizing and structuring the team to generate more focus and localization for clients. This restructure resulted in 6 new leadership positions across the Benelux, France, DACH and Nordic regions, enabling deeper, richer relationships with clients which led to stronger partnerships and increased revenue for Incubeta.
